Help Desk Agent
Advanced Time Management is searching for a Help Desk Specialist to provide front line support to end users of our Workforce Management software in our Canton, MI office. The Help Desk Specialist will respond to requests for assistance via phone or electronically, working with the client to troubleshootand resolve the issuesin a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will be team oriented with a track record of demonstrating the following:
- Excellent phone skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to communicate in a courteous, professional manner
- Basic network knowledge
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Customer Service or Previous Help Desk Experience is Preferred
