Client, an information technology and federal consulting company with excellent benefits, has a new 5-year contract and has immediate openings for Network Engineers to support the vital mission of a high profile Federal client based in Washington, DC.
Polycom VTC Technician (Senior Level). Design, implement and maintain Polycom VTC System configurations and permissions for a large enterprise network.
As a government contractor as part of a systems and network operations team duties will be widely variable. Supports day-to-day operations by designing, supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting Polycom VTC System. Serve as an escalation point for tier one and two helpdesk staff. Supports local, regional and intra-departmental conferencing. Write procedures to automate scheduling, security and operational functions and increase their day-to-day efficiency. Interact with customers to determine needs and requirements. Configure, install, support, and monitor Polycom VTC Systems and Exchange Servers at an off-site Data Center.
Associate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunication plus 2 years' experience in Polycom VTC Systems.
US citizenship required. Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
