Dordt College is seeking a dynamic and talented individual with operational leadership skills and broad financial experience to serve as the Executive Director of Finance & Risk Management (EDFRM) for the College.Serving on the President’s cabinet, the EDFRM is primarily responsible for providing leadership, management and vision to ensure proper administrative, operational, and financial reporting procedures and systems are in place to effectively advance the mission of the college and ensure the College’s financial strength and operating efficiency.  Duties will include managing the financial accounting and business operations, exercising lean management and continuous improvement efforts, supervising Business Office staff, managing the College’s investments, and analyzing operating budgets.
