The Sage Colleges is seeking a creative and experienced individual to oversee and coordinate functions in several critical areas: Admission, Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, and Marketing/Communications. This position reports to the President, and serves on the President's Cabinet. The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in their specialty area, with substantial work experience in areas of enrollment management and marketing/communications. The Vice President position will have three direct reports who are heads of units in Admission, Financial Aid, and Communications/Marketing. The Vice President is responsible for oversight, coordination, and integration of these three areas as well as maintaining collaboration between these areas and academic and fiscal leadership in the College. This position involves both internal and external communications as related to recruitment, marketing, financial aid packaging, institutional advancement, and public relations.
Requirements for the position include experience in higher education enrollment management, marketing and managing budgets, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Desirable attributes include good "people" skills, knowledge of marketing/communication strategies for higher education, and experience in community outreach and engagement.
