The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Rheumatology, has an opening for a full-time board-eligible/board-certified Pediatric Rheumatologist at the Assistant Professor level or higher to work at the Anschutz Medical Campus and Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO. This faculty member would be joining a division consisting of three pediatric rheumatologists as well as a pediatric nurse practitioner, pediatric physician assistant and clinical nurse specialists. Responsibilities include patient care, teaching, and research, with effort in each area to be determined by the applicant's strengths, in coordination with the section's needs. The Pediatric Rheumatology Program at the University of Colorado's clinical practice is based at Children's Hospital Colorado. The program draws patients from over a 500-mile radius providing tertiary and advanced care to these patients. Children's Hospital Colorado is routinely ranked as one of the top 10 children's hospitals in the US. There are greater than 650 faculty in the Department of Pediatrics, which enables high quality and rich collaboration.

Board certified/Board eligible in Pediatric Rheumatology

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Individuals with strong clinical backgrounds and experience in academic settings are encouraged to apply

Involvement with administering a fellowship program
