The Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (CUSOM) seeks a full-time faculty member for Director of Clinical Research to join the 9th nationally ranked Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology. We are looking for an MD and/or PhD at the rank of Associate Professor or higher. Protected research time with complementary teaching and clinical opportunities are available as appropriate.

In addition, there are outstanding clinical resources available through our state-of-the-art Health and Wellness Center on campus and our expanding perinatal referral network across the metro-Denver area and Rocky Mountain Region

Applicants should provide evidence of a strong program in patient oriented obstetrical research, mentoring background and a track record of sustained NIH or equivalent funding. Preference will be given to clinically based researchers with experience conducting clinical outcomes trials either independently or through the Maternal Fetal Medicine Unit Network or similar programs. Providing expert guidance in the design and implementation of translational, clinical or epidemiologic research is critical as is the capacity to engage a range of potential co-investigators, including trainees and junior faculty to succeed in research endeavors.
