Regional Recruitment Coordinator
The Lebanon Valley College Office of Enrollment seeks an experienced regional recruitment coordinator. As an effective and enthusiastic representative of Lebanon Valley College, the regional recruitment coordinator works within the recruitment process to meet the College’s enrollment objectives. The position requires a significant level of independent judgment and autonomy in regards to work planning; effective representation of the college to students, families, counselors, and other key constituencies at secondary schools and community colleges; expert counseling of students and families; and the application of the college’s admission policy through a holistic admission review. Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of one year of successful experience in the same or a related field, preferably in a higher education setting; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; a proven record of success in exercising independent judgment and autonomy regarding work planning; a valid driver’s license; availability for frequent evening and weekend work; and the availability for frequent regional travel.
