Duties: This position is responsible for the management, coordination and development of the Penn Vet Working Dog Center Foster program. This position recruits, develops a curriculum, trains and supports the Foster families who are responsible for helping raise Penn Vet Working Dog Center canines in training and develops a pipeline of future full time and backup Fosters. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: Social Media strategy and implementation, development of curriculum for other Center programs, and working with intern population.

Qualifications: Associate's Degree and at least 2 years of experience strongly preferred. High School diploma and at least 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Background and/or experience with working dogs & positive reinforcement training preferred; experience with curriculum development preferred.

Candidate must demonstrate strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
