Job Summary Ensures high level of patient satisfaction and provides direct customer assistance and service as needed; performs hands on technical duties as a Licensed Dispensing Optician as needed; effectively supports all other Vision Clinic staff, Vision Clinic Manager and clinician staff; maintains accurate and up-to-date inventory of eye care products; maintains clinic supplies; files and oversees vision insurance claims; manage invoice processing and tracking; maintains complete, accurate, and confidential records of patient visits and transactions; willing to cross train; adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Minimum Qualifications High School Graduate or GED; Two- to Four- Year Apprenticeship as a Dispensing Optician. Minimum three years Licensed Dispensing Optician experience. Certification required: License as a Dispensing Optician by the State of Georgia; ABOC (American Board of Opticianry Certified); NCLE (National Contact Lens Examiners Certified);
