Postdoctoral Research Associate

The Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Princeton University invites applications for a postdoctoral research associate or more senior position to work with Assistant Professor Lindy McBride, with a focus on the genetic and neural basis of traits that adapt mosquitoes to human hosts.

The appointment is for one year with the possibility of renewal based on funding and satisfactory performance. Salary is commensurate with experience; benefits are included. This position is subject to the University's background check policy.

Essential Qualifications
Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. in biology or a related field with experience in some combination of molecular genetics, evolutionary genomics, field work, neural imaging, and/or behavioral quantification. Excellent written English, a track record of publication in peer-reviewed literature, as well as creativity, energy, and desire to work in an interactive lab setting are also important.
