The Dining Administration Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Assistant Director II to function as a Marketing and Sales Director. The function of this position is to research and develop marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; and working closely with the Graphic Design team on achieving our UNT Dining Services message " Great Food, Great Service!." Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: * Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and review; preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards; resolving problems, identifying trends; determining system improvements, and implementing change. * Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by increasing voluntary meal plan participation, promoting Verde catering as a world class culinary service and stimulating or Retail sales potential. * Project Management of the Dining Services Graphic Design team will be required. Developing project deadlines and implementing time management.
