BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALY SR
Duties: Responsible for technical and functional analysis of information processing and management systems, performing feasibility and assessment studies, designing systems and identifying the interrelationships among systems; developing and working to detailed schedules. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems taking into consideration computer equipment capacity and limitations; prepares detailed specifications from which programs or processes are developed; responsible for program development, design, testing and documentation; maintains full knowledge of all phases of systems development methodology. Can lead effort and/or participate in translating business goals and requirements into technical recommendations and implementation plans. Provide coordination and integration of customized applications developed by outside vendors. Ensures adherence to departmental technical and quality assurance and security standards. Determines functional requirements for client business processes and may organize, plan and manage projects. Manage relationships with external vendors and internal services providers such as Information Systems and Computing (ISC). Provide budget review for software invoices and recommendations for equipment/software costs for budget planning purposes.
