Working Hours

Full-time 37.5 hours per week.  The working schedule for this position requires flexibility including late afternoon coverage (working until 6:00 or 6:30pm) Monday through Thursday and on occasion Saturday hours. A schedule will be determined by the Director of Business & Industry Programs at the beginning of each month.  However, the working hours during any given day will not be divided so as to require the employee to report to work more than one time unless agreed upon by both parties.

In addition to the above, this position may require additional evening and/or weekend work with the employee having the option of working this time in addition to, or in lieu of regular hours.

Summary:

Provides a wide variety of administrative, clerical and records support functions for programs in the training and technology center. The employee may be assigned to perform similar duties & responsibilities in other departments based on the needs of the College and with the direction of their immediate supervisor.

Required Education and/or Experience:                                          

  • Associates degree or 2 years college in Business/Accounting or Science/Mathematics field required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in course registrations, customer service, office administration, or secretarial support for Business, Industry or Manufacturing during the past 5 years required.
