Job Summary Providing primary administrative support to the Professional & Personal Development Department, to include but not limited to; accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of CE course information in propriety management information system, purchasing departmental materials and supplies, preparing departmental expenses for payment, filing documents, facilitating program scheduling/logistics with program vendors, maintain departmental records for retrieval, processing daily deposits, responding to student inquiries, and preparing departmental documents. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
