Director, University Success Center

The Director of University Success Center is responsible for administrative direction, vision, and innovation for academic support and student success on campus; leadership and supervision of professional staff; responsible for the successful function of testing, tutoring, writing, math, supplemental instruction, and academic support programs for students as well as resources for faculty/staff; assumes responsibility for daily functions of academic support areas; develops and leads student success; develops and leads new program initiatives, retention initiatives for first-year, second-year students, and transfers, and coordinates the early warning system.

Minimum Qualifications include: completion of Master's degree in higher education, student services, instructional administration, education or counseling is required; Doctoral degree preferred. Minimum five years of experience in advising, support services, and retention in higher education setting required; Minimum three years of supervisory experience required; Minimum three years of experience with early warning systems required; Banner, Argos (ODS), DegreeWorks experience preferred.
