Penn Dental Medicine is currently seeking a Greeter for it's Patient Relations and Financial Services Department. The Greeters provide information, communication updates, comfort measures, direction and assistance to patients and visitors presenting to the School for dental services. This role provides customer service to patients, students, faculty, staff, visitors and family members of all age ranges. Greeters collaborate with Penn Dental team members to ensure optimal patient and visitor experiences within the school environment. This role models Penn Dental Medicine's mission, vision, and values at all times.
Qualifications: High School diploma required. Experience with windows based software required. Dentrix dental software preferred. One to Two years experience in customer service or healthcare environment preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Willingness to make decisions within guidelines required. Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
