Concordia University, Irvine, Calif., seeks applicants for a part-time faculty position in the Department of Psychology, Sociology, & Anthropology. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, teaching undergraduate courses in personality theory, social psychology, bio-psychology, and/or developmental psychology. Other areas of specialization could also be considered. Additional responsibilities include student advising, mentoring, program recruitment, and service to the university.
We seek candidates who understand and value a Christian liberal arts approach to higher education and are willing to invest themselves in the lives of students. The successful candidate will have a terminal degree in an appropriate discipline (Masters and ABD will be considered) and provide evidence of exemplary teaching. Rank and salary will be determined by credentials and experience.
