Posting Summary:
The Undergraduate Programs Office at the University of Virginia's School of Engineering and Applied Science seeks an Operations Administrator, who will be responsible for continuous improvement of processes and services, supervision of office student staff, and communication with undergraduate students. The incumbent will be responsible for office workflow, providing administrative support to other office staff, and developing metrics to continuously assess improvements in services and events under the umbrella of the office.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in project management and have a high level of experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preference will be given to candidates with data analysis and assessment skills, and experience in management of web content.
