A new component encompassing clinical and epidemiological data (particularly related to enteric pathogen disease) is expected to significantly extend our existing genomics and bioinformatics resources, engaging a broad community of clinical and public health researchers. The Senior Project Coordinator will join a dynamic management team, and be responsible for coordinating all aspects of this clinical and epidemiological data integration project. They will also work with other EuPathDB managers and PIs to appropriately allocate resources and foster communication within a 30+ member team including biologists, annotators, data-loaders, ontologists, user-interface specialists, software developers, outreach staff, and others. The coordinator will prepare and submit all reports to funders and others as required. Opportunities are available to participate in collaborative research, depending on the expertise and interest of the individual. Note that this position will join a long-standing program with multiple performance sites; applicants may apply via (and be based at) the University of Georgia, Univ Pennsylvania, or Univ Liverpool (UK).
