Duties: This position supports the research lab in a wide range of administrative duties and support activities for the manager and supervisors. Duties include: prepare and modify documents; maintain filing systems; schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, teleconferences; arrange travel for managers/supervisors. Coordinate and handle requests for information and data.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree or coursework is a plus. The successful candidate should show strong attention to detail and accuracy, be highly organized, and interact with others in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner. Written communication skills must be sufficient to compose reports, correspondence and other materials with minimal guidance.
