Duties: The duties of the Executive Assistant/Administrative Manager will be to support the division chief of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care as well as manage the academic support staff. The candidate will be in charge of complex calendar management, screening of phone calls, creation of correspondence, project management, and reimbursement processing for the division chief.

Qualifications: The minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of executive or administrative assistant experience. Experience in working in an academic setting with faculty members is preferred. Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office: including working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. are required. Advanced level experience planning, coordinating and executing complex travel plans and arrangements. Strong interpersonal skills, professional image and work ethic. Professional demeanor to maintain good public relations with collaborative partners, faculty, internal and external customers. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage one's own time appropriately given ever changing priorities. Detailed oriented and pro-active in daily work. Team player and able to assume increased responsibility. Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow and develop in the role.
