CLINICAL RESEARCH COORD A
Duties: The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) A, working closely with the project managers, will conduct several ongoing studies in the Department of Emergency Medicine. These studies include the Greater Philadelphia-Southern New Jersey Neurological Emergencies Treatment Trials (GPSNJ-NETT) Established Status Epilepticus Treatment Trial (ESETT). Responsibilities for ESETT will include regulatory document preparation and submission, screening, subject consent, enrollment and follow-up, data collection and entry, collecting and processing biological specimens. The CRC will also coordinate The Life STORRIED study: (Life stories for opioid risk reduction in the ED) funded through PCORI. Responsibilities for The Life STORRIED study include patient enrollment in the ED setting, on-site supervision to all research assistants, attend project meetings, and provide administrative support. Variable hours of duty (i.e. day, evening, and/or weekend hours) and on call time may be necessary.
Position is contingent on continued funding.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
