PENNOVATION CENTER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Duties: The primary function of this position will be to manage the programs and content assembled by the Penn Center for Innovation (PCI) to be offered at the Pennovation Center (PC). This person will also be the PC community relationship manager and will coordinate with all parties involved in the success of the building operations. Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, 1) arrange mentoring sessions for companies with investors, consultants, and key business leaders in the local community, 2) set up a program of weekly and monthly speakers that will discuss topics of interests to early stage companies. These events will need to be coordinated among PCI Ventures, PCI, and Benjamin's Desk - the building manager, and 3) responsible for managing the mentor-in-residence program which includes on-boarding the mentors, scheduling their attendance at monthly meetings and coordinating their involvement with PC/PCIV companies.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree plus 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in project planning and event coordination; previous marketing experience; strong oral and written communications skills; strong pc skills including social media; strong organizational skills; detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
