Job Summary The Assistant Director for Assessment and Staff Development is a member of the Department of Student Affairs Assessment and Staff Development and the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. The Assistant Director reports directly to the Director of Assessment and Staff Development. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree required, PhD. may be preferred. The only exceptions to these degrees would be long (10 years) terms of service in the appropriate field.
