Reporting to the Dean of the Tuck School, and with the support of an outstanding team of admissions and financial aid professionals, the Executive Director develops, plans, and implements strategies and initiatives that position Tuck as a visible and compelling choice for MBA candidates that exhibit the capability and enthusiasm to excel, and enrich our community with diverse experiences and perspectives. The Executive Director leads a team of highly dedicated admissions and financial aid professionals that has achieved global recognition for its responsiveness and service to applicants, students, and alumni.

 

We seek a visionary and data-driven strategist who will present bold ideas for reaching, connecting with, and inspiring potential applicants, as well as an energizing communicator who can persuasively articulate the values of an MBA education to a variety of audiences. Success in this role will require superior constituency engagement and analytical skills, and demonstrated excellence as a team leader, contributor, and role model. An impressive track record of accomplishments in an admissions, talent acquisition, or similarly influential leadership or strategic consulting role at a preeminent organization is essential.
