Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth

As Tuck's leader of MBA recruitment, admissions, and financial aid, the Executive Director has a direct and lasting influence on the lives and careers of the exceptionally talented individuals we invite to enroll. Fulfilling our mission to educate wise leaders to better the world of business starts with recruiting and admitting students with the potential to thrive in an incomparable MBA program that is distinctly personal, connected, and transformative. Each graduating class joins an alumni network that The Economist has ranked number one among MBA programs – leaders of business, government, and civil society who aspire to become the difference in the world of business and beyond.

Reporting to the Dean of the Tuck School, and with the support of an outstanding team of admissions and financial aid professionals, the Executive Director develops, plans, and implements strategies and initiatives that position Tuck as a visible and compelling choice for MBA candidates that exhibit the capability and enthusiasm to excel, and enrich our community with diverse experiences and perspectives. The Executive Director leads a team of highly dedicated admissions and financial aid professionals that has achieved global recognition for its responsiveness and service to applicants, students, and alumni.

We seek a visionary and data-driven strategist who will present bold ideas for reaching, connecting with, and inspiring potential applicants, as well as an energizing communicator who can persuasively articulate the values of an MBA education to a variety of audiences. Success in this role will require superior constituency engagement and analytical skills, and demonstrated excellence as a team leader, contributor, and role model. An impressive track record of accomplishments in an admissions, talent acquisition, or similarly influential leadership or strategic consulting role at a preeminent organization is essential.

Tuck is a vibrant community of educators and learners. While we are passionate about achieving excellence in our work and value the fellowship of our colleagues, we also cherish the many advantages of our rural New England location.
