Department of Psychology, College of Arts & Sciences has an open Research Associate 1 position working in the Social and Cultural Neurosciences Lab under the direction of Dr. Elizabeth Losin. Duties include participant recruitment and behavioral and MRI data collection, data organization and analysis, assisting with experimental task design and stimulus creation, lab administration, and grant and publication preparation.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, computer science engineering or a related field required.
• Previous research experience (ideally in psychology or neuroscience) required. Experience gained while in an educational or training environment will be considered.
• Undergraduate statistical training (e.g., MATLAB, R, Python) and experience/exposure to programming preferred.
• Experience collecting and analyzing physiological and fMRI data and interacting with research participants form diverse backgrounds preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
