Nature of Work:
The Annual Giving Coordinator is a member of the Annual Giving team that is responsible for developing, planning and implementing a comprehensive Annual Giving program that will increase participation and financial support to the University of West Georgia.

Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required with experience in a professional fundraising setting. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs (particularly Word and Excel). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships. Must be energetic and have ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. Possess superior organizational skills. Equally capable of working independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to juggle multiple priorities with initiative, imagination, proficiency, good humor and diplomacy is essential. Proven ability to be a contributing member of a fund raising team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with complex databases and electronic data manipulation. Preference in Raiser’s Edge and/or iModules is preferred.
Annual fund, production management, direct marketing and/or design experience helpful, as well as some event planning experience is preferred.

Salary:    $17.76 minimum - $25.07 midpoint

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for periods of time.
