Duties: Wharton People Analytics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a researcher who will manage and coordinate significant multi-site research projects with multiple sources of funding. The position entails developing and implementing research designs, data collections methods, and strategies for data.
The position is contingent on continued funding.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Working in collaboration with a Principal Investigator, the Research Coordinator will provide overall coordination of a significant multi-funded and /or multi-site research project(s), which includes, assisting with developing and implementing research designs, data collection methods and data analysis, as well as drafting research reports. Coordinating multiple data collection, data analysis and research paper composition efforts will require interfacing with other collaborating agencies or institutions. The research involved with use field data, experimental data and hybrid field experiments.
