Job Summary The primary responsibility of this position is procuring, receiving and distributing supplies for the 25 residence halls. Procurement of supplies includes managing purchasing card transactions utilizing online systems, and ensuring that invoices and supporting documents for the monthly purchasing card statement are efficiently organized and complete. Perform administrative support in the preparation of professional services contracts and check requests against those contracts. This position requires knowledge of UGA purchasing regulations and guidelines, including UGAmart, eCheck, and P-Card systems. Provide administrative support to members of the Facilities Management group including the Director of Facilities, Assistant Director for Capital Projects and Code Compliance, Project Coordinators, Assistant Director of Building Services. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and two years of progressively responsible office experience.
