DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE II
Job Summary Supports the Warnell School Office of Alumni & Development mission to connect and engage school alumni and constituents and support the school through annual and major giving opportunities. A person occupying this position will manage/coordinate special projects and events for Development, Alumni Relations, Langdale Center for Forest Business, and the Office of the Dean. This position must schedule and coordinate various types of events, including security, technical arrangements, lodging, catering, and programming services. Considerable evening and weekend work is required and occasional travel is required. This position directly reports to Director of Development and will support development and alumni relations efforts including management of events, records, and communications with alumni and donors, as needed to successfully perform the duties required. Successful candidates must be detail oriented, organized, take initiative and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience in customer service, hospitality organization, development, or related occupations; OR a combination of equivalent training and experience.
