The UC Irvine Center for Occupational and Environmental Health and Department of Medicine, School of Medicine, are seeking an occupational medicine physician with a strong clinical, research, and leadership skills to be appointed as tenure-line Associate Professor or Professor and Chief of the Occupational and Environmental Medicine (OEM) Division. The Division has a well- established occupational medicine residency program affiliated with the Southern California ERC, an AOEC-affiliated occupational and environmental medicine consulting clinic, and research programs in toxicology and epidemiology. The Division is seeking a faculty member to provide leadership for the Division while maintaining a strong research program and contributing to the clinical consulting and teaching. The candidate must be board certified in occupational medicine and eligible for licensure in the State of California. The ideal candidate would have prior leadership experience and an established record of research funding and peer-reviewed publications that would qualify for appointment as a tenured Associate Professor or Professor.
