Job Summary Responsible for overall flow and efficiency of front office operations for the Community Practice Clinic. Provide leadership and constructive training to all staff of the front desk administrative area and foster a high level of communication with clinical staff. Greet, receive and check in clients of the Community Practice Clinic. Accurately collect and process daily monetary transactions for CPC clients, and reconcile at end of shift. Maintain records of patients and clients in Vetview, so medical record is always precise and updated. Answer phones and route messages appropriately. Retain knowledge of CPC services, as well as the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, so information can be provided when clients make inquiries. Support all CPC services by retaining positive relationships with current clients and fostering relationships with new clients with self-motivated customer service. Must be able to resolve client complaints professionally and tactfully. Work with Director of CPC to improve and expand client service. Perform related work as required and other general clerical tasks. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and two years of progressively responsible office experience.
