Duties: The incumbent will be responsible for providing an array of services in high traffic environment, which includes but is not limited to; meet and greet patients of the Penn Dental Family Practices; schedule, and or cancel appointments for dental treatments, with appropriate practitioner; triage services for targeted daily goals, appointment book controls. Additional duties include collection of fees for treatment services rendered, daily account reconciliation and data entry of patient related information. This position requires the essential function of daily attendance and punctuality. Basic knowledge of business applications is necessary. The incumbent must have excellent communication, customer service skills and pleasant and professional demeanor.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Proficiency with Axiom required. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels as wells as a diverse population; excellent organizational and detail oriented skills; computer proficiency required; previous experience working in healthcare environment preferred.
