ADMINISTRATOR, Institute for Health System Innovation and Policy, Questrom School of Business (4132)
Acts as a key member of the high performance, growth oriented, University-wide Institute for Health System Innovation and Policy team, engaging in multiple functions central to Institute success. Responsibilities include advanced, high-level support to both the Academic Director and Executive Director, management and oversight of meetings and events, ownership of department budget(s) and expenses, managing administrative requirements and processes for the Institute, and other activities as requested such as researching information and data to support Institute funding, publications, and events. Engage with and impact the work of key constituents both internal and external to the University. In this fast paced environment, professionalism, sound judgment, thoroughness, speed, and attention to detail are essential.
Bachelors degree required, with at least one to three years of previous relevant experience highly desirable. Must be organized, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and produce high-quality results. Must also have good interpersonal skills, smoothly managing relationships with a variety of people across roles and organizations. Needs high energy level, positive presentation of self, and desire to personally invest in the work of the Institute. Desire for further career advancement is an asset.
