Job Summary:

The Department of Psychology invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor position in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. The successful candidate will have prior college-level teaching experience and a commitment to teaching in a liberal arts setting. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to develop a strong research program that involves undergraduate and graduate students. Primary teaching responsibilities include graduate courses in our evening Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology program as well as undergraduate Statistics, Research Methods, and other courses based on area of expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Ph.D. in psychology by the time of appointment for the Fall 2017 semester.

The successful candidate will have prior college-level teaching experience and a commitment to teaching in a liberal arts setting. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to develop a strong research program that involves undergraduate students.
