General Summary of Position:
The Department of Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Lowell is searching for part-time Adjunct Instructors to teach courses in research methods and biostatistics. The position requires proficiency and experience to fulfill this role for undergraduate and graduate programs in Public Health, Nursing, and other Health Sciences.
Public Health is a dynamic, growing program located within the College of Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. The college prepares professionals and scientists in a wide range of health science fields including applied, clinical, and translational areas. A large research program along with vibrant community partnerships and engagement opportunities enrich and support our educational programs.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
-A minimum of a Master's degree (in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Epidemiology is preferred)
-Demonstrated teaching experience in biostatistics and/or epidemiology at the university/college level
-The ability to work effectively with diverse groups
-Excellent oral & written English communications skills

Other Considerations:
-Successful candidates should also have a strong desire to teach a diverse population of graduate and undergraduate students within the College of Health Sciences.
-Strong collaboration skills for working with faculty from a variety of disciplines.
