Adjunct Faculty- Psychology
Provide instruction and monitor teaching/learning effectiveness in courses assigned;by the division Assistant Dean. An adjunct faculty position requires professionals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates for this position must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask as well as the ability to engage large groups of people with complicated material.
Instructor will be teaching either introduction to Psychology and/or Life-Span Psychology.
Prepare syllabus and teach assigned course based on course outline.
Responsible for the course paperwork such as attendance reports and grade postings.
Incorporate learning-centered college principles and concepts.
Provide leadership in program promotion and student recruitment and retention.
