Appointment:The Chemistry department at the University of Puget Sound invites applications for a two (2) year Visiting Assistant Professor of Bioanalytical chemistry to begin Fall term 2017.

Responsibilities: Teaching duties in the first year include lectures and laboratories for Physical Biochemistry in the fall semester, and lectures and laboratories for Analytical Chemistry in the spring semester. In the second year there is the possibility of teaching in other areas such as Instrumental Analysis, and/or general chemistry courses. Supervision of undergraduate research is encouraged.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a PhD by the start of appointment and a strong commitment to teaching undergraduates.
