The developer will design and implement native mobile applications. The position will work with other developers, subject matter experts, and users to implement applications based on written requirements and/or verbal input. The individual should be comfortable working with mobile technologies for iOS and Android frameworks.
Responsibilities: Architects, develops, and maintains mobile applications. Integrates mobile applications with other networked systems using Web Services and RESTful APIs. Lead best practices by producing high quality, documented and testable code.
Skills and Experience: Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Solid understanding and experience using Object Oriented design principles and patterns. Proficiency in tools such as Xamarin, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch Frameworks as well as related tools for mobile development. Provisioning and Deployment experience for development and testing.
Proficiency in .NET, C/C++, C#, or java, and experience developing Android/iOS applications are a plus.
The position will assist in the design, development, testing and deployment of automated systems and other tools to improve quality and productivity of the research enterprise. The position will participate in determining requirements, and assist with the evaluation, design, development and implementation of information systems. In all efforts, proper documentation for all systems and reports will be maintained.

A high school diploma and four years of any combination of relevant experience, education and/or certification. The level of expertise and skill required to qualify for a position in this classification is generally attained through combinations of education and experience in the field.
