Job Summary: The Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business invites applications from qualified candidates to fill a non-tenure track position as full time Lecturer, effective January 2017 or August 2017. This position may also serve as Associate Director of Entrepreneurship. A graduate degree (PhD. or Masters) in entrepreneurship, management, marketing, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with a Master degree will be considered, but must have five years of experience in the practice of entrepreneurship. Candidates must demonstrate an established record of engaged teaching specifically related to entrepreneurship and innovation and be comfortable in a collaborative teaching environment; research is not a consideration. Preference will be given to candidates with industry as well as academic experience. Compensation is competitive. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of the Entrepreneurship Program and entrepreneurship faculty to deliver courses in innovation and entrepreneurship as a part of the Entrepreneurship Certificate offered by the College. The Lecturer will also support non-instructional activities as directed by the Director to fulfill the College and University's entrepreneurship educational mission. If position also serves as Associate Director, they will be assigned specific leadership roles related to non-instructional activities.
