Duties: The Digital Content Producer, working with the Sr. Director of Marketing and Communications, is responsible for the creation of digital assets for the Wharton Marketing and Communications Department. This includes but is not limited to photos, videos, digital copy, blogs, web pages and other assets as required. The position is responsible for development and coordination of content for online initiatives that align with the school's positioning and branding strategies. S/he will create/develop content for Wharton's websites and will be responsible for ongoing management of those websites, promotional pages/microsites, and marketing emails. The position will act as project manager for Wharton's online content marketing efforts. The Digital Content Producer will be responsible for developing and managing high level client relationships across the school. Maintain accuracy and currency of assets on School web sites, track and manage on-going updates to web content and troubleshoot issues. Make ongoing recommendations to improve SEO, navigation and user experiences across all Wharton digital properties. Work collaboratively with the Marketing Technology and Social Media teams to realize goals.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Preferred 7-10 years experience in writing for the web.
A background in Writing, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field is preferred, along with 5+ years in digital marketing;
2-3 years experience executing online media and search campaigns;
2-3 years experience managing websites, coordinating web projects and email
Must be comfortable with and have knowledge of marketing analytics.
Must be fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress, knowledgeable with marketing automation tools (ex. HubSpot, Marketo) and be
comfortable learning an adapting new technologies and processes.
Ability to think strategically through various channels
Experience with HTML coding and CMS tools
Extensive knowledge of current interactive technologies and best practices
Computer experience (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, mobile apps, database experience)
Practical experience with various web metrics programs
Strong analytical and project management skills
Exceptional writing, digital and print publication design skills
Excellent verbal communications skills
Ability to both work individually and lead a team project
Understanding of university budgeting and ability to develop and manage projects to budget
