CLINICAL RESEARCH ASST B
Duties: This position will report to the Chairman of Penn's Center for Perioperative Outcomes Research and Transformation (C-PORT), and will provide administrative support to the Center's projects related to technology assessment, mobile health and developing novel relationships with programmers/companies to implement IT solutions to track and engage patients during perioperative period. The incumbent will also work on projects related to developing novel care paradigms and determining their economic consequences.
Qualifications: The minimum of a High School diploma and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to utilize email, Internet, Microsoft Office and other community applications in a highly-skilled, organized, efficient and accurate manager. The position requires superior written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, the capacity to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and good judgment. The ideal candidate will possess public health knowledge and/or have an interest and dedication to the field. Excellent interpersonal skills are also important.
