Job Description:

The Department of Business is soliciting applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor.


We seek an outstanding teacher with the ability to teach the following classes:

  • Business Ethics and Leadership (BUSN 270)
  • Strategic Planning and Policy (BUSN 460)

The ideal candidate will also have the experience and interest needed to develop and teach a course in digital marketing in the spring 2017 semester.  The successful candidate will join a strong team of faculty committed to delivering a transformative undergraduate experience for our students.

Evidence of solid teaching capability is required, with a strong preference for a candidate with a track record of outstanding teaching.  The ideal candidate will also have significant experience in management/leadership with a proven ability to bring that experience into the classroom.  Other requirements include an enthusiastic commitment to advising undergraduate business students and working with student teams on diverse applied business projects.

Salary and rank commensurate with experience.

Minimally we require a Master's degree in business or related field. A Ph.D. is strongly preferred.
