Responsibilities:

The Center for Resilience Studies Program Manager Research position entails a variety of research, analysis, logistical and administrative responsibilities that support the overall mission of the Center for Resilience Studies and the needs of the Director and Executive Director. The Program Manager Research will be responsible for coordinating with other program managers and the Center's Director and Executive Director regarding the supervision of student co-op employees and the management and execution of Center projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelors degree in political science, international affairs, economics, history, security studies, or a related field required.

*U.S. citizenship required.

Must have 4 6 years of experience in Research and analysis on critical infrastructure and homeland security related matters.
Significant experience with logistics, communications and outreach support for large events required.

Experience preparing grant proposals and writing and editing technical research reports preferred.

Applicant must be a self-motivated worker who can anticipate problems and demonstrate significant independent judgment must be able to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently.

Demonstrated record of dependability and a strong work ethic required.

Must be Detail-oriented: high level of attention to accuracy and completeness required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.

Must have excellent computer skills including: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Must be able to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently. Demonstrated record of dependability and a strong work ethic required.

Additional Information:
Work will be performed at Boston Main Campus and Burlington, MA site.
