Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Regional Dean and CEO, for Northeastern University's Seattle Global Network campus, the Associate Director of Admissions serves a leadership role in delivering student enrollment growth in the West Coast region of the United States. Based in Seattle, the Associate Director will oversee one or more admissions recruiters and a local marketing coordinator and work closely with other staff members at the Seattle campus, as well as with Marketing and Enrollment units within the Global Network, to develop and execute a recruitment strategy aimed at increasing student enrollments in both hybrid and online programs. Additionally, the Associate Director is responsible for maintaining an active recruitment schedule, which requires identifying, planning, and attending recruitment-related events throughout the region. The individual needs to understand data, processes and KPIs related to the entire lead to enrollment lifecycle in order to monitor and improve overall strategies and tactics for growing enrollments.

Qualifications:

The Associate Director must have a minimum of a bachelors degree, masters degree preferred, and three to five years of professional experience in sales/recruitment, project management and/or higher education. The individual must be able to manage teams and delegate responsibilities; be able to work in a fast paced environment and have outstanding communication, organizational and relationship-building skills. Comfort with analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and utilizing CRM systems is essential. This person be able to work independently, as well as with teams of colleagues (virtually), and possess the aptitude for detail-oriented tasks. The role requires strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and balance various responsibilities. The individual in this position must be able to work a flexible work schedule, nights and weekends, and willingess to travel on a frequent basis.
