Job Summary: Assistant or Associate Professor level with a particular interest in individuals who employ chemical, biochemical, genetic, molecular and cellular, or pharmaceutical techniques to develop new therapeutics, study drug functions and metabolism, or improve treatments for diseases. For the Associate Professor level we would require a minimum of three years of experience in an academic setting with current/previous research funding.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates are required to have a PhD, MD or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Synthetic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Neuroscience or related disciplines and a solid record of publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Successful candidates are expected to establish and maintain a competitive extramural-funded research program. Commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels is also required.
