Duties: The position is responsible for management of academic curricula and serves as liaison between academic units, governing committees, and University administration for Penn Dental Medicine. The position's primary role is to act as a central resource and project manager for the collection, approval, and dissemination of academic curricula while utilizing advanced technologies to further advance the School's innovation efforts.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Ability to multi-task with demanding time frames and identify better tools to manage data when necessary. Knowledge of digital videography, including editing and video camera operation. Knowledge of variety of methods, techniques, and materials used in the design, production, and reproduction of visual products. High proficiency with office and multimedia software, including Microsoft office, adobe suite, InDesign, Avid Suites, Premiere that supports a contemporary curriculum. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgement and act professionally, sensitively and with a high level of discretion.
