RESEARCH SPECIALIST A
Duties: The researcher will have the opportunity to be involved in every part of the research process, from study design, IRB submission and data collection to data analysis and manuscript publication. Research will be involved in submitting IRB proposals and editing manuscripts for peer reviewed medical journals. May have the opportunity to write a scientific paper and be credited as first author. The research specialist is expected to participate in and perform experiments, functional and data analysis, data presentation and filing.
Position is contingent on continued funding.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 0-1 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Persons interested should have good writing and communication skills. Must be able to work as part of a team but also function with a high level of independence.
