Duties: The Center for Weight and Eating Disorders at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks a PA-licensed nurse practitioner (NP), in adult or family practice, to collaborate on research trials of the management of obesity. The candidate should have experience in completing medical histories, physical examinations, electrocardiograms, and phlebotomy. The candidate will join a multidisciplinary clinical and research team. The typical hiring salary range for this position is $78,000 to $85,000 depending upon the successful candidate's qualifications.

Qualifications: The minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner licensed in Pennsylvania, and 1 year to 2 years of experience required. Must qualify for prescription authority in PA. Experience in treating individuals with overweight/obesity is desirable, as is interest in assessing the efficacy of different lifestyle interventions, pharmacotherapy, and bariatric surgery for the management of obesity and related eating disorders.
