Duties: Wharton Computing is dedicated to supporting the teaching and research needs of the School through the innovative use of technology. Business Radio powered by the Wharton School broadcasts business and management knowledge on Sirius XM 111. We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented person to join our communications team in this unique position. You will coordinate a variety of activities for Business Radio Powered by the Wharton School. In addition, this position is responsible for:
* Managing the ongoing operation, and updates to, Wharton's Business Radio site.
* Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and executing events on the Philadelphia and San Francisco campuses.
* Being the internal point of contact for Wharton Business Radio.
* Administrative work as assigned.

Qualifications: H.S. Diploma or GED required and 5-7 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills required. Detail oriented candidates are ideal, with the ability to shift from task to task during the course of a normal day. Must be highly professional and have the ability to work with a variety of staff members across the organization. Knowledge of audio editing software a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience working in a university setting is a plus but not required. Knowledge of WordPress desirable but not required.
